What to Bring to Your Interview

Interview Requirements


To progress your application and move forward in the recruitment process, please ensure you bring all of the required documents listed below to your interview. We are unable to proceed without them.

Important Notice: Original Documents Only

We are unable to accept photocopies, scanned documents, or digital versions at any stage of the recruitment process. Only original documents will be accepted. If you have any questions ahead of your interview, please call us on +44 20 3161 8255  and our team will be happy to assist.

Your SIA Licence

You must bring your valid SIA badge to the interview in person. We will need to sight the physical licence as part of our compliance checks. Copies of any kind will not be accepted and may result in your application being paused until the original is presented.

References for Vetting Purposes 

As part of our vetting process, we require a complete and unbroken history of all education and employment covering the last five years. Please bring the full names, addresses, and contact details of all relevant references with you to the interview so we can carry out the necessary background checks promptly.

Proof of Right to Work in the UK 

You are required to provide one of the following documents to confirm your legal right to work in the United Kingdom:

Proof of National Insurance Number

You are required to provide one of the following as evidence of your National Insurance number:

Proof of Address

Please provide two separate documents from the list below as proof of your current address. Each document must be dated within the last three months from the date of your interview:

Please note that mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address under any circumstances.
